About Me
A corporate by day
I am Pawel Karpinski, an artist based in Zurich. I paint abstract paintings that combine geometrical forms with more natural, free flow shapes. I have a 9-5 in the finance industry and I use art to reflect on my surroundings.
I grew up in Tarnobrzeg, Poland and I moved to Wroclaw in 2006 to study finance. After earning my degree from Wroclaw University of Economics in 2011, I continued to expand my education and artistic horizons. In 2019, I graduated from the Eugeniusz Geppert Academy of Fine Arts and Design in Wroclaw, where I studied painting under the tutelage of Prof. Piotr Błażejewski and Dr. Anna Kołodziejczyk.
